Happy 4th of July

I hope you all have a great day. Maybe enjoy a cook out and some fireworks. If you know me, you know what I will be doing. Work, work, working. It has been another long week. This might be my highest grossing work week ever. We shall see after the final tally today.

I added in a Friday morning media spot with the truck, as if I had gotten enough sleep for that. The things I will do for the local RMH.

I had been playing catch up all week with my peaches from last weeks pick-up. I may have lost 1/3 of them because they never made it to the refridge. But not before I made a batch of delicious muffins, peach popsicles, slices to freeze...and something else I can't remember. I am going to try to finish those up tomorrow. Most likely freezing. The bright side is that I have another batch coming in the end of the month.

There has been zero fun this week.

My step mom has been moved to a hospice/rehab facility. Not sure how that will go. They are 100% restricting visitors for 14 days because of COVID rules. I flip them the bird for that. Aren't we past that. She was tested to leave the hospital and my dad got the vaccine. They won't even let him in. I can't imagine that being good for her mental or physical health.

I have one more LONG work day that I am getting ready to leave for and then a day off tomorrow and back at it.

After tonight, I am totally going to buy myself a present for all my hard work. I have no idea what those. Any suggestions? I don't ever really buy myself things, but I really think I have been working super hard and deserve a treat. I bought myself a new watch in December. I don't want something that big this time. I am thinking something low key like 30 new pairs or panties or something. I have realized lately that all of my panties...could be replaced. LOL

Anyway...I have to go to work. Maybe I will pop online for a bit when I get there. Proof of life, you know how I do.
