Appraisal Gap and Me!

I hope that you don't tire of me, because I am going to amp up my online hustle. As best I can anyway.

I did some real estate browsing today and "appraisal gap" has got me like, I need more, more, and more money. Specifically, one house, didn't even have level floors. A total flip, in a HORRIBLE neighborhood, and the just walking through the living room gave me vertigo. You put down new carpet and laminate flooring, but you left the floor uneven underneath. Wow! This was a house that was bought just 6 months ago for less than $30k, on the market today, for $160k, and all adjacent houses have boarded up windows. Give me a break.

Fuck you appraisal gap! And fuck you morons who overpay for homes that have caused this mania in the city that I live. I don't plan on doing either of those things, but I may be forced to.

As my realtor pointed out, that house will be perfect for an investor who will just rent it and easily make their money back in no time, because not only is the housing market shit, so are rentals. Yay for homebuyers who actually want to live in their house.

I've said before, I am not in the market for a house that has been flipped. I want a fixer upper to make my own. I don't want white cabinets and carpet. I want character and charm and my forever home. So get your tokens ready guys. I have no idea how I will find the extra time to be online, but I'm going to find it, cause I need to be in a house by the end of summer. This has gone on too fucking long for me. So frustrated. I guess I will hop online and work it out with an O or two, maybe.
