Yesterday was rough. Every now and again, I get the ,worst migraines. I made it to bedtime and then tossed and turned all night long. I woke up this morning and am in a haze. Do you know what that haze feels like. It's like...over medicated and coming down, not sure if the pain has subsided or not, but being fearful it hasn't, so you try to not influence it with your own thoughts.
With jack shit to day everyday, I have been getting up each morning, and streaming, but I am not sure if I am up for that today. I am sure I will get there, but maybe not this morning, probably this afternoon.
Or maybe I will log in while I do some work from home or clean my house - the things I need to do today. All tokens today go towards a treadmill purchase. My thighs are starting to rub together. I don't like that. I already put on 10 pounds in Florida. I am not about the add in the COVID-19.
